    1. The following Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the QCheck Service offered by Monty Fintech SARL and its affiliates, collectively referred to as Monty.
    2. This Policy describes the Information we collect, how we use and share it, along with details on how you can reach out to us with privacy-related inquiries.
    3. In this Policy, “Monty”, “we”, “our,” or “us” refers to the entity responsible for the collection, use, and handling of the Information as described in this document.

    1. We only collect information about you when you provide it to us, for the purpose of enhancing the use of the Qcheck Service for all our users.
    2. Information is gathered in three primary ways:
      • Information directly provided by you, which encompasses:
        • Details related to you such as your name, e-mail address, surname, address.
        • Details concerning your financial transactions. Should you engage in financial transactions through the QCheck Service, we collect information about the transaction including payment details such as bank account information, credit or debit card numbers, and other relevant account and authentication details, along with billing, shipping, and contact information.
      • Information we collect through your use of the Qcheck Service including:
        • Data collected by our servers including internet protocol (IP) addresses utilized for connecting your electronic device to the internet, operating systems, platforms, average time spent on Qcheck, pages visited, searched information, average access time, previously visited websites and other relevant statistics.
        • Cookies and similar anonymous identifiers, potentially sent to your electronic device’s browser enabling us to recognize your device when you log-in or use our services and to measure your online transaction patterns.
        • Information sourced from or related to the electronic device where the Qcheck Service is installed or accessed. We may link the information gathered from your various electronic devices to ensure consistent service provision among them. This may include (i) device attributes such as operating systems, hardware versions, device settings, file and software types, battery and signal strengths, and device identifiers; (ii) device locations, including specific geographic locations obtained via GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi signals; or (iii) connection information such as mobile operator or internet service provider names, browser types, languages, time zones, mobile phone numbers, and IP addresses.
    3. Information sourced from third parties about you or your activity with third party sources, or service providers.

    1. We may use, or disclose to third parties, the Information in order to:

      • help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security on and off of the Qcheck Service, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of the Agreement;
      • comply with the law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate;
      • send you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;
      • send you marketing and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you, or to others, including information sent by, or on behalf of, our business partners;
      • market products or send promotional messages to third parties or enable our business partners and other third parties to undertake marketing and promotional activities generally or;
      • measure the use of the Qcheck Service and administer and improve the Qcheck Service. We interpret this statistical data in our continuing effort to improve Qcheck Service and your user experience.
    2. We may combine the information you give to us directly with the information we collect through your use of the Qcheck Service.
    3. We may from time to time supply the owners or operators of third-party websites from which it is possible to link to QCheck with information relating to the users accessing the Qcheck Service from such third-party websites.
    4. In delivering the Qcheck Service or collecting and using your Information, we may be required to disclose some of your Information to third party organisations, including external service providers, our legal, accounting, financial or other professional advisors, and regulatory or government authorities as required by law.

    1. Several security measures are employed to safeguard the Information provided to us.

    1. You have the right to request access to and correction of any Information you provide to us, or to have your name removed from our database, simply by reaching out to us.

    1. Our involvement in online payments is mediated through a third-party service provider.
    2. We bear no responsibility for transactions that result in inaccuracies due to erroneous data entry during the use of the Qcheck Service or for the loss of data or information caused by factors beyond our control.
    3. The Qcheck Service may not be utilized for any unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
    4. We do not assume any responsibility for the refusal or reversal of payments, as this is a matter to be addressed directly between you and your card issuer.
    5. We hold no liability for payments conducted at partner venues using fraudulent payment methods.
